Training pastor Dipu Moni on Monday said the Optional School Endorsement (SSC) and comparable assessments which were deferred because of flood will start on 15 September, reports UNB.

The assessments will start at 11:00am this year rather than 10:00am considering the gridlock, she told journalists after a gathering with the Public Checking and The rule of law Council for guaranteeing smooth climate for the impending SSC tests at the secretariat.

Instructing focuses will stay shut the nation over from 12 September to 2 October, she said.

This year, the assessments will be held for two hours rather than three hours, she said adding the span of the MCQ test is 20 minutes while that of the composed test is 1 hour and 40 minutes.

As per the timetable, the SSC and its identical assessments will end on 18 October.
