The Sovereign has met Paddington Bear, in a sketch which opened the BBC's Party at the Castle denoting her 70 years on the privileged position.

The vivified youngsters' personality was seen having tea with the Sovereign - during which the two of them admitted to hefting around a preserves sandwich.
