Kaia and Co are overflowing with a freshly discovered conviction following 2-1 triumphs against Bangladesh in both ODI and T20I series. The new kid on the block player established areas of strength for an against the Tigers in the main ODI, where his lady century in just his fourth ODI innings and an organization of 192-run stand with in-structure Sikandar Raza played had a significant impact as Zimbabwe pursued 304 with five wickets and 10 conveyances in excess.
Kaia predicts the Regis Chakabva-drove side to give India, who are set to test their seat strength, a similar treatment as Bangladesh - - a 2-1 series rout. The 30-year-old has likewise laid out high private objectives.
"2-1 for Zimbabwe. We win the series," Kaia told Times Now.
"Concerning individual assumptions, I need to be the main run scorer and score hundreds. Straightforward arrangement. I simply need to score rushes to be the main run-scorer in the series. That is my objective."
Kaia's certainty, positively not outlandish given Zimbabwe's new run of structure, reverberations with Sikandar Raza, who was the player-of-the-series in the ODIs against Bangladesh. In a meeting with The Daily Star after Bangladesh confronted their most memorable ODI series rout against Zimbabwe following nine years, Raza had said, "Zimbabwe is playing brave cricket, and was playing valiant cricket too."
"There's actually no need to focus on the ticking of things, yet it's simply the attitude," Kaia added.
"We won't hesitate to play our shots any longer; it's simply that things have changed and not something is huge."
Kaia has added motivators to have an effect against India, with the longing to advance into an Indian Premier League (IPL) group.
"Indeed, certain, that is my fantasy [to play in
IPL]. I'm simply asking that I perform well against India and score huge runs
so they can see me and I can proceed to play in the IPL."
